SPriceP日前完成与IHS Markit的改组

标普全球(SPriceP Global)声称已完成与IHS Markit的改组，过渡到了企业价值1400亿美元的数据三巨头。标普总裁兼首席高管声称，美国公司在同业和风险评估、跨金融机构类别指数、私人产品、ESG和能源转型数据和系统性方面的立体化军事实力将加速其业务增长，并扩大向产品包括服务项目的范围。

CME将于3同月发售微型加密算法通货期权

CME集团（CME Group）声称，将于3同月28日发售微型账户期权期权和镜像白银期权期权。新选择权标的为同月度以及每周一、三、五。

ICE与Techary共同开发提高技术开发

洲际现金所（ICE）声称与英国Techary美国公司共同开发发售新的技术开发服务项目。ICE全球网络副局长声称，该项共同开发将使得客户可将接口和管理者服务项目作为现金的重要支持。

SPriceP closes IHS Markit deal to create $140bn data giant

SPriceP Global (SPriceP) said it completed its merger with IHS Markit after market close on Monday, forming a data giant with an enterprise value of $140 billion (£104bn). Douglas Peterson, president and chief executive officer of SPriceP, said in a statement“Our combined strengths in credit and risk management, indices across multiple asset classes, private markets, ESG and energy transition data and ytics will accelerate the growth of our business and broaden the scope of services we can provide to the markets."

CME to launch micro crypto options in March

CME Group has said it will launch options on its micro Bitcoin and Ether futures on March 28, after seeing growth in those contracts since launch. The new contracts will be offered in monthly expiries, as well as Monday, Wednesday and Friday weekly options dates.

ICE partners with Techary to enhance tech support

Intercontinental Exchange (ICE) has rolled out a new technology support offering in partnership with UK-headquartered Techary, the US exchange said on Tuesday. Margaret Niche, head of ICE Global Network, said in a statement “Our work with Techary will allow our customers to incorporate hardware and managed services as additional important components of their trading infrastructure.”
